⭐️ 報到方式

1. 掃描入場憑證 (QR Code) 入場：
   ・請至email 搜尋關鍵字 "入場憑證"
   ・若您仍然找不到 QR Code，請立即來信至 twkids@sop.org 與我們聯繫。
   ・若您為團體報名：您的QR Code 已統一寄至購票者的 Email。請提醒購票者進行分票，於活動前取得您的 QR Code。
2. 點此查看學生組別：請確認學生入場前知道自己的組別。
3. 確認學生年級：請以今年9月開學後的年級為準！我們已重新寄送入場憑證，資料上所示年級為家長報名時填寫的資料。如需更改請立即來信通知！
4. 為了確保報到流程順暢且安全，請家長親自陪同孩子至報到處進行報到。若是由其他家人/親友接送，請務必先將 QR Code 提供給接送者，以便順利報到。

⭐️ Check-in Procedure

1. Please use the admission ticket (QR Code) to check-in upon arrival:
   ・Search for "入場憑證" in your email.
   ・If you are unable to locate your QR Code, please contact us at twkids@sop.org.
   ・If you registered as part of a group: Your QR Code has been sent to the purchaser's email address. Please obtain your QR Code before the event to ensure a smooth check-in process.
2. Click here to view Student's Group: Please ensure that student knows their group number before arrival.
3. Please refer to the student's grade level as of this coming September. Please email us if any modification is needed!
4. To ensure a smooth and safe check-in process, a parent or guardian must accompany the student to the registration desk. If another family member or friend will be assisting, please ensure they have the QR Code in advance.

⭐️ 攜帶物品

1. 請攜帶書寫/繪畫用具 (建議攜帶 8-12 色彩色筆，亦可選擇蠟筆、彩色鉛筆或鉛筆等)
2. 請攜帶薄外套、水壺、小點心 (特會將供應輕便午餐)
3. 午休時間：請視需要攜帶輕便枕頭、棉被
4. 為了讓活動順利進行並保持充沛活力，請協助孩子在家享用完早餐後再前往報到。感謝您的配合！

⭐️ What to Bring

1. Please bring writing and drawing utensils (8-12 color set of markers are recommended, or crayons, colored pencils, pencils...)
2. Please bring light jacket, water bottle, and light snacks (lunch will be provided).
3. Nap Time: Students may bring a light pillow or blanket if needed.
4. Please ensure your child has breakfast before arriving. Thank you for your cooperation!

⭐️ 其他重要提醒

1. 特會將不提供課後托管服務，請務必於 5:10 PM 前準時來接您的孩子。
2. 特別報到/接送申請表：若您的孩子將提早離開、延後報到或在無家長陪同的狀況下自行離開會場，請務必於7月3日前填寫申請表。
3. 為提供孩子更專注的學習空間，本次特會暫不開放家長進入教室，感謝您的諒解與配合。
4. 特會將供應輕便午餐：
   (1) 若您的孩子有過敏症狀，請務必攜帶藥物，並主動告知主辦單位。
   (2) 若孩童有特別需要(過敏/食量較大)，請自行為孩童預備餐點。
   (3) 上課地點不開放冰箱及微波加熱設備。

⭐️ Other Important Notice

1. There is not after-school childcare available, please pick up your child no later than 5:10 PM.
2. Check In/Out Special Request Form: Please fill out the form by July 3 if your child is planning to leave early, arrive late, or plan to leave the venue unaccompanied.
3. To ensure a focused learning environment for the children, please note that parents are not permitted to enter classrooms during the session.
4. Lunch will be provided:
   (1) If your child has any allergies, please be sure to bring their medication and inform us prior to the event.
   (2) If your child has special needs (e.g., specific food allergies or require larger portions...), you are welcome to pack your own meals.
   (3) Please note that there will be no refrigerator or microwave facilities available at the venue.

🎯 帶領孩子學習：當我們遇到困難時，可以選擇把眼光從問題轉向神。敬拜幫助我們重新將焦點放在耶穌身上。
Guiding students to learn that when we encounter difficulties, we can choose to shift our focus from our problems to God. Worship helps us refocus on Jesus.
